The foundation act for the future manufacturing plant in Koszalin was officially laid. This moment marked the beginning of what would become one of Poland’s most experienced vacuum technology engineering companies.

The Ministry of Machinery Industry officially established Koszalin’s Lamp Machinery Plant “UNIMASZ”. The company gained legal independence and began rapid industrial development.

The new production facility at Przemysłowa Street in Koszalin was officially opened. The plant quickly became one of the region’s most advanced industrial sites.

TEPRO acquired a strategic license from the French company SOGEV. This milestone enabled the development of modern oil vacuum pumps and accelerated specialization in vacuum technology.

The company expanded its expertise into industrial vacuum systems, vacuum furnaces, coating systems, pumps and specialized industrial machinery for manufacturing applications.

The company regained legal independence under the name Zakład Techniki Próżniowej TEPRO, beginning a new chapter focused on advanced engineering and vacuum technologies.

TEPRO became a joint-stock company, strengthening its organizational structure and preparing for long-term international growth.

The company obtained ISO 9001 certification, confirming its commitment to quality management and international manufacturing standards.

Arkadiusz Kaczmarski became the majority shareholder, initiating a period of modernization, export growth and technological investment.

TEPRO achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification, continuing the development of advanced production and quality systems.

The company increased its share capital and accelerated investments into machinery, engineering capabilities and international business development.

TEPRO obtained ISO 13485 certification, opening opportunities for cooperation with the medical and healthcare sectors.

The company achieved ISO 3834-2 certification for welding quality requirements and renewed ISO 9001 certification, strengthening its industrial manufacturing capabilities.

TEPRO received a distinction for outstanding export performance to France. The award was endorsed by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and national economic authorities.

The company increased its share capital to 6 million PLN and continued expansion into international industrial markets.

TEPRO was awarded the prestigious “Company of the Year” distinction by the Marshal Office of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Arkadiusz Kaczmarski received the title “Manager of West Pomerania”, recognizing leadership and contribution to industrial development in the region.

The company celebrated its 50th anniversary with strong export operations, modern production facilities and international industrial partnerships across Europe and beyond.
